Holiday Inn Laguna Beach, An Ihg Hotel, Laguna Beach

The hotel has a cozy atmosphere but may feel a bit packed, yet still enjoyable. The rooms are tight with a slight musty smell, leaving little room for extra activities, but adequate for resting. The service is exceptionally pleasant and welcoming, making me eager to return, especially due to Sandra's kindness. The location is superb, near the beach, downtown shops, and convenient onsite parking. The dining options are limited but include a delightful coffee shop with great treats. The hotel provides a positive experience overall, despite some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were of poor quality for the price, smelling musty and old, especially for guests who stayed longer periods with no opening windows causing a stuffy atmosphere. On the bright side, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, making me consider returning for future visits. The location was convenient but needs updating, situated on a busy alley across from a beautiful less crowded beach. The dining options were limited to a cute coffee shop with good food and smoothies, excluding breakfast. Overall, there were some highs and lows to my stay.
